WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders in stock will ship out the next business day once your payment has been confirmed. (This excludes Sundays and Holidays)

All Pre-Order Items take 2-4 weeks to be shipped out. 

​

Custom Orders with adaptive alterations for feeding tubes and orthopedic impairments will take 2-4 weeks to ship out.

I MADE A PRE-ORDER/ CUSTOM PURCHASE AND 2 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED BUT MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER IS STILL IN SAN FRANCISCO.

We pre-print our tracking numbers ahead of time in order to speed up the process. Your tracking number will become active as soon as your order ships out.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 It was not the correct fit! Contact us at adorablepartyboutique@gmail.com no later than 3 days after the delivery date to initiate your exchange process. Email us your order number and the size which you would like to get, before mailing it back. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags to be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges need to be returned to us within 30 days. We recommend using traceable services though USPS such a flat-rate shipping. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. If the size is sold out, store credit will be issued instead.
